19th/20th c., China, polychrome paint on leather, nicely decorated with figures in a courtyard on top and front, flowering branches on three sides, brass hardware, opening to blue silk-lined interior.
Condition: Good, showing typical wear for age and use including rubbing, small areas of paint loss.
