What are your hours?
Gotham Props is open Monday through Friday between 9 am - 3 pm for pickups and returns. Please call 973.377.0999 approximately 30 minutes before your arrival. If you would like to shop in person, please schedule an appointment. There's plenty of parking available.
GothamProps.com is available 24/7 to shop our current inventory and check availability.
Where are you located?
Gotham Props is located at 321 Changebridge Rd., Suite 403, Pine Brook, NJ 07058. Look for the Gotham Props signs. Entrance is located on the right side of the building next to Seven Scoops.
Most pick ups and returns happen at this location. Please have your truck call approx. 30 minutes before their arrival–-our phone number is 973.377.0999.
How do I see your inventory?
The fastest and easiest way to view our inventory is to visit GothamProps.com. You can also shop in person, please call 973.377.0999 to arrange.
Most importantly, if you don’t see what you are looking for, please call or email us. We are constantly sourcing new inventory through our auction business, Millea Bros., where we have over 20 years experience picking from notable and exceptional estates, businesses and collectors. There is a good chance that we have it or something similar that hasn’t made its way to the website yet.
Item Condition
Gotham Props is committed to maintaining our inventory in good condition and accurately representing our items through photos and descriptions on GothamProps.com. All items are rented out in their current condition ("as is"), with any known defects disclosed prior to rental. Should you have any inquiries or wish to inspect an item, you are welcome to visit in person before confirming your order.
What are the rental periods and rates?
All rental rates are for any period of time up to 7 days, starting from the day your order is picked up. This period includes weekends and holidays.
Gotham Props will make every effort to work with your budget but does not offer day rates. Rentals may be kept for longer and are billed at a discounted weekly rate.
All clients should have a signed rental agreement on file with Gotham Props.
Additionally, Gotham Props should have a copy of your Certificate of Insurance before confirming your order or picking up. The Certificate of Insurance should list Gotham Props, 321 Changebridge Rd., Suite 403, Pine Brook, NJ 07058 as “Additionally Insured,” for General Liability for a minimum of $1,000,000. It also should include coverage as “Loss Payee” for “Props and Rentals” for a minimum of the replacement value of the total items of the rental.
How can I check availability, place holds, and get estimates?
Email, call, or submit using GothamProps.com the items you are interested in renting along with the pick up and return date and job / set name. All available items will be placed on hold and an estimate will be sent to you. There is no payment required to put items on hold. Please plan to confirm your order no less than the day before your pick up date.
How do I confirm my order?
Orders are only pulled and packed once we have received written or verbal confirmation. Please remember we need time to pull, prep and wrap each item on your order. We will give you a pick-up time or window when you confirm your order.
Gotham Props will wrap orders for safe travel within the Tri-state region. Please reuse packaging materials for the return of rentals. Clients are responsible for arranging the pickup and return of their rentals. We can provide recommendations for trusted movers and messengers upon request.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Orders that are canceled after confirmation may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. These orders are considered final and not eligible for refunds once they are picked up.
What are the payment terms?
Full payment is required upon order confirmation and before the order is picked up.
For Net 30 clients, please provide a Purchase Order (PO) when confirming your order. Payment is due no later than 30 days from the invoice date. All payments should be sent to Gotham Props c/o Millea Bros, 607 Myrtle Avenue, Boonton, NY 07005 or sent via ACH (instructions provided upon request). A security deposit may be required to open an account.
For other clients / C.O.D. clients, payment will be processed upon confirmation of your order. Please use the Credit Card Authorization Form to provide credit card information.
What are the procedures for pick ups and returns?
Gotham Props is open Monday thru Friday between 9 am - 3 pm for pick ups and returns. Please call 973.377.0999 approx. 30 minutes before your arrival. All orders are wrapped for safe travel within the Tri-state region. We ask that you please reuse the provided packaging materials for the return of rentals.
Please contact us immediately if any of the rentals do not meet your expectations. We will do our best to make it right.
What if a rental gets damaged?
Rentals must be returned in the same condition as at the time of pickup. Clients are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period. Gotham Props reserves the right to assess and charge for repairs, cleaning, or replacement of items if damaged or destroyed. The replacement fee, if not specified on the invoice, is twice the rental rate.
What is your liability policy?
By placing an order, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gotham Props, its agents, and employees from any claims arising from the use of rented items.
